Perma Blend Thin Shading Solution
Solution to lessen the pigment load, to make more fluid and to provide a less intense wash of color for shading purposes. Add a few drops to dilute the saturation of the pigment. Add additional drops for a lighter and softer effect.

How to Use:
- Add thin shading solution to your Perma Blend pigments to dilute the saturation of the pigment and add a lighter and softer effect.
- Shake well before use
- Dilute with shading solution, if necessary. Do not mix with water.
- Mix with a modifier to create the perfect shade, if necessary
- Store in a cool dry place
